你的数据只存在你的设备上
PartySpark（派对火花）为隐私而设计。你的游戏进度、设置偏好与购买状态都只保存在你的设备本地。我们不运营任何服务器，不收集、不传输、也无法访问你的任何数据。App 不需要注册账号。
纯本地同屏游玩
PartySpark 是一款传手机同屏聚会游戏盒，八种模式均可离线游玩。所有题目、计分与揭晓动画都在设备上完成。默认模式下 PartySpark 从不向我们的服务器发送任何内容（我们也没有这类服务器）。
设备运动传感器（Heads Up 模式）
在「Heads Up」模式中，App 会使用设备运动传感器（Core Motion）检测手机倾斜方向，以便判断猜词对错。该数据仅在设备上实时处理，不会被录制、存储或上传。不使用此模式时不会访问运动传感器。
系统能力说明
PartySpark 使用 UserDefaults 与本地文件时间戳等系统 API 保存设置与游戏状态（见 App 隐私清单中的 Required Reason API 声明）。这些数据仍留在设备上，不会因此上传到我们。
无广告、无追踪
PartySpark 不含任何第三方广告、统计分析 SDK 或任何形式的追踪。这是永久产品政策。
内购说明
PartySpark Pro 是一次性买断（非消耗型），解锁进阶题库与加辣包（App 内暗示性文字提示，仅 App 内可见）。由 Apple 全程处理交易。我们不接收、不存储任何支付信息。购买状态由设备上的 StoreKit 校验。v1 不含自定义主题或自定义提示词功能。
你的权利（GDPR / CCPA）
由于数据只存在于你的设备上：访问与更正可直接在 App 内完成；删除数据 = 在 App 内重置进度或直接删除 App。我们无法访问你的任何数据，因此也不存在可出售的个人信息——我们不出售任何个人信息。隐私相关问询请联系下方邮箱。
儿童隐私
PartySpark 不收集任何人（包括儿童）的个人信息。没有账号，也没有在线社交功能。加辣包内容仅在 App 内解锁后可见，商店元数据保持全年龄适宜。

PartySpark – Privacy Policy (English)
Your data stays on your device
PartySpark is designed to be private. Your game progress, preferences, and purchase status are stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers, and we never collect, transmit, or have access to your data. PartySpark does not require an account.
Purely local, pass-the-phone play
PartySpark is a pass-the-phone party game box with eight modes, all playable offline. Prompts, scoring, and reveal animations all happen on your device. In the default mode PartySpark never sends anything to our servers (we do not run any).
Device motion (Heads Up mode)
In Heads Up mode, the app uses the device motion sensor (Core Motion) to detect phone tilt for correct/incorrect guesses. This data is processed on-device in real time only — it is not recorded, stored, or uploaded. Motion access is not used outside this mode.
System APIs
PartySpark uses UserDefaults and local file timestamps to save settings and game state (declared under Required Reason APIs in the privacy manifest). That data still stays on your device and is not uploaded to us.
No ads, no tracking
PartySpark contains no third-party advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking of any kind. This is a permanent product policy.
In-app purchases
PartySpark Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks advanced decks and the Spicy Pack (suggestive text prompts visible in-app only). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information. Entitlement is verified on-device by StoreKit. v1 does not include custom themes or custom prompts.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because your data lives only on your device: you can access and correct it in the app, and deleting your data means resetting progress in the app or deleting the app itself. We cannot access your data, and we do not sell any personal information (there is none we could sell). For privacy inquiries, contact the email below.
Children's privacy
PartySpark does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no accounts and no online social features. Spicy Pack content is visible only after in-app unlock; store metadata remains age-appropriate for all audiences.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
