哪些内容免费？Pro 有什么？
免费层包含 1 条可编辑的自定义轮转、月历查看、班型编辑，以及可选班前提醒（默认关）。iCloud 备份对所有人免费。 Pro 是一次买断 $6.99（不是订阅）：完整预设库（DuPont、Pitman、2-2-3 等）、多条并行轮转、主屏幕小组件 + Live Activity 下一班倒计时、工时/夜班/周末统计、日历与 ICS 导出。全程无广告、无追踪。
如何恢复购买？
打开 App 内「设置」或付费页，点「恢复购买」，使用当初购买时的同一 Apple 账户即可。
我的排班数据存在哪里？
只存在你的设备本地（含 App Group 中的小组件/Live Activity 快照）。若你开启 iCloud，排班文件会经 Apple iCloud 同步。删除 App 会永久删除本机数据。我们不运营服务器，也无法访问你的排班。
需要联网吗？
日常查看排班与编辑轮转不需要联网。购买或恢复 Pro、以及 iCloud 同步需要网络（由 Apple StoreKit 与 Apple iCloud 处理）。通知均为本机调度。
通知会追踪我吗？
不会。班前提醒为可选的本机通知，默认关闭。我们不发远程推送，也不读取你的通知记录做分析。可在 ShiftTide 设置或 iOS 系统设置中随时关闭。
小组件或 Live Activity 不更新怎么办？
先在 App 内打开排班并稍等几秒，让主 App 刷新 App Group 快照。若仍不更新，长按小组件或 Live Activity → 编辑后退出，让系统重新加载。小组件与 Live Activity 为 Pro 权益。
需要订阅吗？
不需要。免费层完整可用核心排班，Pro 为一次性买断，无订阅、无试用倒计时、无假折扣。
FAQ (English)
What is free and what does Pro include?
The free tier includes one editable custom rotation, month calendar view, shift type editing, and optional shift reminders (off by default). iCloud backup is free for everyone. Pro is a one-time purchase of $6.99 (not a subscription): the full preset library (DuPont, Pitman, 2-2-3, and more), multiple active rotations, Home Screen widget + Live Activity next-shift countdown, hours/nights/weekend stats, and Calendar / ICS export. No ads, no tracking, ever.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings or the paywall in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”, using the same Apple ID as the original purchase.
Where is my schedule data stored?
Locally on your device only (including the App Group snapshot for widgets and Live Activity). If you enable iCloud, schedule files sync through Apple iCloud. Deleting the app permanently removes local data. We do not operate servers and cannot access your schedules.
Do I need a network connection?
Not for day-to-day calendar browsing and rotation editing. You need the network when buying or restoring Pro, or when iCloud sync runs (handled by Apple StoreKit and Apple iCloud). Notifications are scheduled on-device.
Do notifications track me?
No. Shift reminders are optional local notifications — off by default until you enable them. We do not send remote push notifications or read your notification history for analytics.
The widget or Live Activity isn’t updating
Open your schedule in the app and wait a few seconds so the main app refreshes the App Group snapshot. If it still looks stale, long-press the widget or Live Activity → Edit and dismiss so iOS reloads it. Widgets and Live Activity are Pro features.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The free tier covers core scheduling, and Pro is a single one-time purchase — no subscription, no trial countdown, no fake discounts.
