你的数据只存在你的设备上
Sparkreel（烟火夜市）为隐私而设计。你的游戏进度、弹带构筑、设置偏好与购买状态都只保存在你的设备本地（UserDefaults 与 Application Support 目录下的 JSON 文件）。我们不运营任何游戏服务器，不收集、不传输、也无法访问你的任何数据。App 不需要注册账号。
纯本地单机游玩
Sparkreel 是一款烟花老虎机 × 肉鸽 × 庙会题材的买断制游戏。拉杆、连线、计分与存档均在设备上完成。默认模式下 Sparkreel 从不向我们的服务器发送任何内容（我们也没有这类服务器）。
可选 Game Center 排行榜
若你在系统设置中登录 Game Center 并在 App 内启用，每日夜市与周期挑战的分数可提交至 Apple 托管的排行榜，以便与全球玩家比较名次。我们仅发送分数与必要的 Game Center 标识符；不发送姓名、邮箱或其他个人资料。排行榜由 Apple 运营，受其隐私政策约束。不使用 Game Center 时，游戏可完全离线游玩。
系统能力说明
Sparkreel 使用 UserDefaults 与 Application Support 本地 JSON 等系统 API 保存设置与游戏状态（见 App 隐私清单中的 Required Reason API 声明）。这些数据仍留在设备上，不会因此上传到我们。
无广告、无追踪
Sparkreel 不含任何第三方广告、统计分析 SDK 或任何形式的追踪。这是永久产品政策。
内购说明
Sparkreel Pro（com.sparkfallgames.sparkreel.pro）是一次性买断 $4.99（非消耗型），解锁第二、三镇、全部 5 位机匠、无尽夜、改装挑战、灯会 10 阶与图鉴等完整内容。由 Apple 全程处理交易。我们不接收、不存储任何支付信息。购买状态由设备上的 StoreKit 校验。免费层含第一镇完整体验、每日夜市永久免费与 2 位机匠。
模拟赌博说明
Sparkreel 含有模拟赌博玩法：转轮、连线与概率均在局内进行，赌注与奖励仅为局内喝彩分与局内金币，不能兑换真钱或任何现实财物。概率构成可在 App 内随时查看；不含 near-miss 伪演出。因含模拟赌博元素，App Store 年龄分级预计为 16+ 或 18+（因地区而异）。请如实选择适合玩家年龄的设备与账户设置。
你的权利（GDPR / CCPA）
由于数据只存在于你的设备上：访问与更正可直接在 App 内完成；删除数据 = 直接删除 App（会清除全部本地存档与设置）。我们无法访问你的任何数据，因此也不存在可出售的个人信息——我们不出售任何个人信息。隐私相关问询请联系下方邮箱。
儿童隐私
Sparkreel 不主动收集任何人（包括儿童）的个人信息。没有账号，也没有自由聊天等在线社交功能。因含模拟赌博玩法，本 App 不适合低龄儿童；请家长依 App Store 年龄分级与设备「屏幕使用时间」设置判断是否允许安装。

Sparkreel – Privacy Policy (English)
Your data stays on your device
Sparkreel is designed to be private. Your game progress, reel builds, preferences, and purchase status are stored locally on your device (UserDefaults and JSON files in Application Support). We do not operate any game servers, and we never collect, transmit, or have access to your data. Sparkreel does not require an account.
Purely local, offline play
Sparkreel is a firework slot-machine roguelike carnival game. Pulling the lever, matching lines, scoring, and saving all happen on your device. In the default mode Sparkreel never sends anything to our servers (we do not run any).
Optional Game Center leaderboards
If you are signed in to Game Center in system settings and enable it in the app, your scores from Daily Market and periodic challenges may be submitted to Apple-hosted leaderboards so you can compare ranks globally. We send only scores and the Game Center identifiers Apple requires — not your name, email, or other profile data. Leaderboards are operated by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. Without Game Center, the game works fully offline.
System APIs
Sparkreel uses UserDefaults and local JSON in Application Support to save settings and game state (declared under Required Reason APIs in the privacy manifest). That data still stays on your device and is not uploaded to us.
No ads, no tracking
Sparkreel contains no third-party advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking of any kind. This is a permanent product policy.
In-app purchases
Sparkreel Pro (com.sparkfallgames.sparkreel.pro) is a one-time $4.99 non-consumable purchase that unlocks towns 2–3, all 5 artisans, Endless Night, Mod Challenge, 10 lantern ranks, and the full codex. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information. Entitlement is verified on-device by StoreKit. The free layer includes the full first town, Daily Market (free forever), and 2 artisans.
Simulated gambling
Sparkreel includes simulated gambling mechanics: reels, paylines, and odds are in-game only. Wagers and rewards are in-game applause points and in-game gold only — they cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of monetary value. Odds composition is always viewable in the app. We do not use near-miss fake animations. Because of simulated gambling, the App Store age rating is expected to be 16+ or 18+ depending on region. Please choose appropriate device and account settings for the player’s age.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Because your data lives only on your device: you can access and correct it in the app, and deleting your data means deleting the app (which removes all local saves and settings). We cannot access your data, and we do not sell any personal information (there is none we could sell). For privacy inquiries, contact the email below.
Children's privacy
Sparkreel does not actively collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no accounts and no free-form online chat. Because of simulated gambling, this app is not intended for young children; parents should use App Store age ratings and Screen Time settings to decide whether installation is appropriate.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
